materials, equipment systems, techniques and schedules will have on project time and cost.
Pre-construction service is the discovery and listening process. Clients’ needs are
explored and detailed. Solutions from this early involvement result in reduced costs thru
coordinated trade efforts, reduced construction schedules and value engineering.
We have
thus far specialized in the hospitality and condominium sectors of construction. This specialty
area encourages the use of the pre-construction services which are provided
as an additional service with all of our projects.
Decisions made during the pre-construction phase have a tremendous impact on a project’s
final cost and schedule. Because of this, Integrity Structures, LLC assembled a Pre-Construction
Services Team that not only excels at estimating, but also knows how to view a project from
innovative perspectives.
The Pre-Construction staff works closely with the Clients, Architects,
Designers and Engineers to realistically appraise mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems,
evaluate costs and benefits of alternate systems, make recommendations for efficiency and cost
effectiveness, obtain reliable and aggressive bidding and resolve problems and construction
challenges.
Detailed input from Integrity Structures, LLC suppliers, engineering partners, and subcontractors
regarding price value, feasibility, systems and materials enables the team to develop a
contract price and schedule conforming to the Owner’s goals and requirements.
Integrity Structures’ participation during the pre-construction phases often results in cost
savings exceeding the pre-construction service fees.
Not only does the Pre-Construction Team’s
participation save on the “hard” costs, but an organized pre-construction effort will minimize
the architect’s costs for additional services by eliminating a need for redesign and excessive
documentation steps in the pre-construction process.

Construction
Integrity Structures, LLC. believes that each superintendent is the nucleus of a well run
project. We encourage specific weekly goals created to ensure that the project progresses
smoothly and that delicate situations are monitored closely.
Emphasis is placed on efficiency,
safety and insuring that professional construction procedures are maintained. A thorough
review of all superintendents’ efforts is conducted weekly, with feedback provided on a
daily basis.
Management Philosophy
Value Engineering occurs throughout the construction process, continually identifying the
best means, methods and materials for improving project value without compromising quality.
We will provide recommendations on construction feasibility, cost-effectiveness, phasing
efficiency and the scheduling effects on both the project and owner’s operations.
An effective quality control program emphasizes prevention over inspections. It also ensures
that the construction of the project conforms to the quality standards incorporated in the
owner’s project contract.
The project management team implements and monitors this quality
control program continuously throughout all phases of the project control of the project
schedule must revolve around the client’s operations.

network that’s available to all the moment it’s entered. With this system we can stay on top
