Management Philosophy

Management philosophies for the Project Management Team:

• Responsibility for the safety of all construction workers.
• Responsibility for the quality and integrity of the projects.
• Responsibility for the most timely completion of their project possible.
• Superintendent will be involved daily in every aspect of the project and will on a daily basis, nurture all relationships between both sub-contractors and owners on a daily basis.

At Integrity Structures, LLC project managers are responsible for aligning people, projects & priorities.

Fast track construction is often the delivery method of choice for today's complex projects. Integrity Structures will begin by developing a comprehensive project schedule that coordinates building phases with the architect's drawings. Milestones are documented, critical materials requiring long lead times are identified, and foundation and utility bid packages are discussed early in the project to avoid costly delays can be audited.

The Management Team will coordinates the entire construction process, successfully thereby completing complex projects several months faster than traditional scheduling would allow.
